Data collected

• Travellers: name, email, telephone number, message to accommodation providers, booking details.
• Accommodation providers: identity, contact details of the establishment, billing data. Bank and identity data are collected directly by Stripe.
• Payment: processed by Stripe; Terre du Jura only keeps the transaction identifiers.
• Contact form: profile, name, email, optional telephone number, subject and content of the message (and, where applicable, booking code or name of the accommodation).

Purposes and legal bases

• Carrying out the booking and passing it on to the accommodation providers concerned (performance of a contract).
• Accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation; accounting records kept for 10 years).
• Responding to requests sent via the contact form (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures).
• Fraud prevention (legitimate interest).

Recipients

The accommodation providers on your route (only for their own nights), Stripe (payment), Resend (sending emails), Supabase (database hosting, EU).

Retention period

Booking data: 3 years after the stay, after which only the accounting records are archived. Accounts: until deletion, or after 3 years of inactivity. Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@terredujura.com or use the contact page. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies (login session, chosen language, choice of accommodation in the provider area). No advertising or audience measurement cookies are set, so no consent banner is required.
